Once your delivery date is booked, a little prep the day before makes the actual drop-off faster and keeps packing on schedule. Here's what to have ready.
Clear the Drop-Off Spot
Totes are delivered to the nearest accessible outside point — your driveway, garage, or front door — not carried inside. Make sure that spot is clear and reachable before your delivery window opens, especially if you're clearing snow, moving a parked car, or unlocking a gate.
Know Your Delivery Window
Delivery happens between 7am and 7pm depending on the driver's schedule and route that day, and the window isn't negotiable to a specific time. Plan your day around the full window rather than a single expected time, and don't schedule your actual move for the same day your totes arrive — book delivery at least a day ahead of moving day so totes are on hand when you need them.
If You're in an Apartment or Condo
Totes are delivered to the first floor only — we don't carry them upstairs or into units. If you're a few floors up, plan on bringing totes up yourself (or with help) once they've arrived, and have a hand truck or your included dolly ready if the building has an elevator.
