Every package includes the totes, free delivery, free pickup, and one dolly. The only extra costs are optional add-ons (like an extra dolly) or extending your rental beyond the base term.
Nice Totes uses flat-rate packages by home size, not per-box or per-day pricing: Studio is $119 for 2 weeks or $199 for 4 weeks (20 totes); 1 Bedroom is $169/$279 (30 totes); 2 Bedroom is $219/$349 (40 totes, our most popular package); 3 Bedroom is $269/$449 (55 totes); 4 Bedroom is $319/$549 (70 totes); and 5 Bedroom is $399/$649 (90 totes). Extra weeks range from $75–$200 depending on package size.
As a rough guide: Studio (20 totes), 1 Bedroom (30 totes), 2 Bedroom (40 totes), 3 Bedroom (55 totes), 4 Bedroom (70 totes), and 5 Bedroom (90 totes). If you're unsure, it's usually better to round up.
Each tote is a 27-gallon heavy-duty storage tote, 20.6" D x 30.6" W x 14.3" H, making it ideal for packing clothes, office supplies, kitchen items, seasonal decor, and everyday household goods — a smart, eco-friendly alternative to cardboard boxes.
Yes — just email us at least 48 hours before your delivery date and we'll adjust your order and payment.

We serve the northeast and northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, through southeast Wisconsin up to Milwaukee. We don't currently serve downtown Chicago.
Yes — apartments and condos are delivered to the first floor only. We don't carry totes up stairs or into units.
No — totes are dropped at the nearest accessible outside point, like a driveway, garage, or front door.
Yes — order before noon and we can often get totes to your door as soon as the next day.
Delivery is between 7am and 7pm depending on the driver's schedule and route that day. Delivery times are not negotiable, so please schedule your delivery date at least one day before your actual moving day to make sure totes arrive on time.
Once you're unpacked, stack the empty totes somewhere accessible and we'll pick them up by your Return Due Date. No need to be home.
Yes — email us before your Return Due Date to add additional weeks at your package's per-week rate.
Yes — every tote is cleaned and inspected before it reaches you.
Yes — an additional dolly rental is available for $29.
A missing or damaged tote is $20 per tote, and a tote returned dirty, stained, or containing liquids carries a $10 per tote cleaning fee. Tape or adhesive residue left on a tote also carries the $10 per tote cleaning fee. Permanent marker damage counts as damage to the tote and is charged at $20 per tote. You'll agree to these terms when you book.
Cancel more than 72 hours before your delivery date for a full refund. Cancel within 72 hours of delivery and you'll receive a 50% refund of the package price.
