This Cookie Policy explains how Nice Totes, a division of HYPERSMARTY LLC (“Nice Totes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on nicetotesrental.com, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. They are used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to measure how a site is used. “Similar technologies” includes things like browser local storage, which we use to remember your cookie choice.
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Until you accept, we load only strictly-necessary cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set unless you accept.

Strictly necessary (always on). Needed for the site to work — for example, remembering your navigation and menu preferences and storing your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Analytics (loaded only after you accept). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and aggregate usage trends — so we can improve our content and service.
Advertising (loaded only after you accept). Because we run paid advertising, we use conversion and audience pixels from the following platforms to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Google Ads. These pixels may set their own cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and bookings) with the platform. If you decline, none of them load.
When you book a rental you are taken to our booking-form provider, Tally, and our payment processor, Stripe, to complete your booking and payment. Those sites may set their own cookies on their own domains, governed by their own policies. We do not control third-party cookies; please refer to each provider’s own cookie or privacy policy.
The quickest way to withdraw consent is the “Change your cookie choice” button in section 2 above. In addition, most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s Browser Add-on. You can also manage ad personalization directly with each platform (for example, Google Ads Settings, and the “Your ad preferences” or privacy controls on Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest). Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may affect how the site functions.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is still no industry-standard way to interpret it, our site does not currently respond to it; use the “Change your cookie choice” button above or your browser controls instead.
