Yes — every Nice Totes package includes a refundable deposit, charged at booking alongside your package price. Here's exactly how it works.
What the Deposit Covers
The deposit protects against totes that come back damaged, excessively dirty, or not returned at all. Totes remain Nice Totes' property throughout your rental — you're responsible for keeping them reasonably clean and returning them in the condition they arrived in.
When You Get It Back
Your deposit is fully refunded within 5 business days after totes are picked up clean and undamaged. There's no separate request needed — refunds are processed automatically once pickup and inspection are complete.
What Could Reduce Your Refund
A missing or damaged tote is $20 per tote; a tote returned dirty, stained, or containing liquids carries a $10 per tote cleaning fee, as does tape or adhesive residue left on a tote. Permanent marker damage is treated as tote damage at $20 per tote. Any of these get deducted from your deposit; normal wear from ordinary use does not.
